Delta Hotels by Marriott Ottawa City Centre

Stay was excellent with the exception of house cleaning having hanger which read" if you need towels replace leave on ground" I did came bk after almost the whole day out,as I dropped my daughter off at university and found the towels where I left them and new ones not in bathroom instead close ro refrigerator. Why not remove dirty ones and hang clean ones where they belong in the bathroom? Other than that, the staff was wonderful, restaurant food was delicious, and I will for sure visit again as the location is also great, which makes it easy to get around

I was beyond impressed with the hotel, we had to travel to ottawa for me to write my RN licensing exam, I was beyond nervous, I had mentioned that to the clerk when we were checking in and he was beyond friendly and offered words of encouragement. Later, after I had written my exam, my husband had gone out and bought champagne, he called down to see if we could get two champagne glasses sent up to celebrate and mentioned I had just written my exam, they sent up a complimentary fruit cup with little chocolates and at the door the staff was beyond polite and said it was a little gift to say congrats and how pleased they are to hear I wrote. This was beyond an amazing gesture and was so gracious. This was our first time ever staying here and we will be recommending this to everyone we know. Not to mention the breakfast being included from an actually nice restaurant with great food. We thought when we reserved our room when it said breakfast included it would be just the normal continental breakfast you see at all the chains in hotels, but no you could chose anything off their menu and it was amazing food. Overall, just beyond happy and so happy we stayed there. We go to ottawa often to visit our friends that live there and we will be staying here again!

My family and I LOVED the LOCATION- only a 5-10 min walk from the Parliament Buildings and a little further to Rideau Centre and Senate! We have come to Ottawa a lot, but never stayed here- we would 100% RECOMMEND! The BREAKFAST at Prova was delicious! One of the best hotel breakfasts I have had in a while! Overall, the room, amenities, and overall staff were amazing, and we would stay at here and Delta hotels again!

Check in was smooth and easy. We stayed in the hotel for Bluesfest, and with Lebreton Flats just a short walk away, the location was ideal! Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Great central location. Smooth check-in with welcoming staff. Convenient daily parking pass available at reception although free parking would have been preferred. Very comfortable bed and spacious room with requested view.
