We have stayed several times here, but this time was extra exceptional. I was there alone for a couple of days as my daughter was moving into residence and my van would not start and when I went to the front desk to ask if someone knew which company I could call to help out the young man at the front desk(and I feel horrible for not getting his name as I was extremely stressed and in a hurry) insisted on taking a look at my van himself even though he was nicely dressed in his suit and I am so grateful he was able to get it started for me. He went above and beyond for me not knowing how much it meant on a very emotional day.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ottawa. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed (if u prefer firmer matresses). We were pleasantly surprised that there were full sized toiletries in the bathroom. The hotel was very clean. The pool and gym were the highlight of our stay. It's not often that hotels have pools with deep ends that are as deep as 2.5 meters. Staff was friendly. Parking was standard rate.

It was a short visit. While waiting for the other family members to arrive I was offered a bottle of water by the check-in employee. The men on duty at the tourist booth were pleasant and helpful with maps and directions. My niece found an excellent manner in which to take her and ALL her luggage to the airport, and housekeeping staff were very considerate.

we really enjoyed our vacation! the hotel is very Weil located and the staff is very Nice! they really took care of us and the service is excellent! the bed is so comfortable and we had a room at the 20th floor with a nice view. we really recommand this hotel! we had the chance to arrive earlier and they gave us our room earlier which is really appreciated.

The hotel's lobby is connected to the Tim Hortons coffee shop. Cross the street you can take a METRO (Lyon station) and get to ByWard Market (all the jot places are locked there).
